All People, All Pathways ™ (APAP) is a peer support group for people looking to explore their relationship with substance use, free from stigma. APAP is a safe and inclusive space that supports all pathways to increased wellness. All are welcome to attend.
Counselling Connect gives residents of Ottawa and the surrounding area quick access to a free phone or video counselling session.
