Skills for Recovery
55 years of age and up
A support group for folks 55+ that seeks to create a safe environment where individuals can support each other in learning tools and skills to help with recovery from substances and/or problem gambling.
Dates: Thursdays, from April 4th to May 23rd 2024
Time and Location: 1:00pm to 2:30pm, at Centretown Community Health Centre, at 420 Cooper St.
This group is for residents of Ottawa. An intake is required prior to attending the group.
