The Zone is a supportive, counsellor-facilitated positive mental health drop-in program for youth 12-17 with a focus on social activities, skill-building, and connecting youth to resources in their community. We have therapeutic activities including art, sports, and games that focus on positive coping skills and facilitate healthy relationships. On-site counselling is available to all youth. Dinner served weekly. This program is a drop in program.

Queerios is a drop-in program for youth 12-17 who identify as LGBTQ+.It has a focus on social activities, positive mental health, skill-building, and connecting youth to resources in their community. The Virtual BIPOC Peer-Support Self-care Oasis group is a Peer Support Group for women and femme identifying as BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour) living with mental health challenges and looking for a place to share and discuss experiences, explore new tools together in a safe environment as a way of empowering and supporting each other. Come join a group of BIPOC individuals in a safe environment! BIPOC mental health matters! BIPOC matters! Take a 2-hour break from your busy schedule to nourish your self once per week! Your mental health matters! You matter! This group will be offered online via Zoom by CWCLN. Individuals will be able to join using the video and/or the phone functions. The facilitators are trained peer-supporters. Important: You are not required to be on camera during the group nor to share, except for the first few minutes so that we can confirm you are indeed part of the BIPOC community.

The ACB Mental Health Peer Support Group, offers FREE weekly virtual peer group programming to all African, Caribbean and Black community members aged 18+. This respectful and safe space offers ACB community members living with mental health challenges a space to foster hope, encouragement, and shared resources that can improve their health overall.

Parents and caregivers meet to support one another and share their experiences and knowledge as they raise their gender diverse children. Participants share information and resources.
