Baby Love Parenting Program is a FREE attachment-based 4-week programs for parents/caregivers with babies up to 14 months old. We will explore the importance of attachment, how to help your baby feel secure as well as ways to help your baby (and you too) deal with stress. Registration for the program is ongoing. The Zone is a supportive, counsellor-facilitated positive mental health drop-in program for youth 12-17 with a focus on social activities, skill-building, and connecting youth to resources in their community. We have therapeutic activities including art, sports, and games that focus on positive coping skills and facilitate healthy relationships. On-site counselling is available to all youth. Dinner served weekly. This program is a drop in program.

Queerios is a drop-in program for youth 12-17 who identify as LGBTQ+.It has a focus on social activities, positive mental health, skill-building, and connecting youth to resources in their community. On-site counselling is available to all youth. Activities include art, sports, and games, as well as dinner served weekly. This program is a drop-in program.

This is a specialized peer Support Group for young caregivers. Topics discussed range from young caregiver issues such as the challenges of multiple responsibilities, such as paid employment, parenting and family relationships, to general caregiving for a person living with dementia.

A welcoming group for people 17+ in the early stages of gender transition to discuss gender, transition, and well-being. This is a closed group, meaning interested participants have to be added to our wait list for future sessions. Each group is 8 sessions in total. The next Session is TBD

Our Parent Support Groups are confidential, no judgement, small groups of parents who meet to support each other, share valuable information, and connect with a community. These are hosted by two Family Peer Supporters who bring their own experience and wisdom, and knowledge of the services and resources.
